Secretary Dragon Boating since: 2014

I am a recent college graduate with a degree in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver. I am currently applying for medical school and am passionate about all things medicine. I have been fortunate enough to represent my University at the annual Dragon Boat Festival for four years now and have moved through the ranks from a team member to becoming a captain in that time. I am excited about the opportunity to be a part of the race club committee, and look forward to expanding the reach of the sport here in Colorado.

I’m currently a graduate student at Regis University focusing on a Masters degree in Project Management. I work as a project manager and volunteer coordinator for Oracle in the Denver Tech Center. I've had the great opportunity to represent the University of Colorado Denver Dragon boat team for several years as student and now as an Alumni. I have a passion for bringing out the best in individuals and teams and am excited to see the Dragon Boat community grow in Denver.

Treasurer Dragon Boating since: 2005

I've competed in dragon boats in the US, Canada and New Zealand. I've attended several week-long dragon boat camps and learn more each time. The camaraderie among dragon boat enthusiasts is phenomenal and I hope the club will serve to spread that paddling proficiency and enthusiasm in Colorado.

Auditor Dragon Boating since: 1995

I started paddling in 1995 and just really fell in love with being out on the water. I’ve participated in paddling events all over - up and down the coast in the US as well as in Hawaii and Tahiti. I’ve paddled in all sorts of boats in addition to dragon boats: paddle boats, marathon canoes, outrigger canoes, kayaks.

Scheduler Dragon Boating since: 2007

I began competing in dragon boats with Fed Force in 2007 at the Dragon Boat Festival. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to move up from being a paddler to coach and captain. The friendly competition between teams and enthusiasm for the sport in this city serve as a way for the experienced and novice to enjoy the sport at all levels.
